I’ve decided I’m not much at making videos. Trying to walk, watch the dogs, look through the lens and catch the birds taking flight is more than I can do. Hell, I can barely walk and chew gum at the same time. So, instead of showing videos that would make you dizzy, I compiled this bunch of chukar pictures I have taken over the years. Many of them were taken while hunting and many more on scouting trips. Every picture has a chukar in it although you may have to look hard to find them. I hope you enjoy them and it helps carry you over to hunting season.

Hunting has been a favorite past time for me for 55 years but the last twenty five years I have been consumed by chukar hunting and more specifically chukar hunting with fantastic dogs. In this blog I hope to pass on any information I can about chukar hunting but more than anything I want to showcase what will probably be my last two chukar dogs, Jake and Grady.
